| Restore a purchase | Open the app › Settings › Restore purchases. This checks your Apple ID with the App Store; nothing is stored by us. |
| Cancel a subscription | iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › choose the app › Cancel. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period already paid for. |
| Free trial | Each subscription starts with a free week. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. Apple sends a reminder before the trial converts. |
| Refunds | Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com. |
| Where is my data? | On your device only. None of these apps has an account or a server. Deleting an app deletes its data, so back up with iCloud or Finder first if you care about it. |
| LecturePad says “No offline speech model” | The app transcribes only on-device. Open iPhone Settings › General › Keyboard › Enable Dictation, then confirm the language's offline model has downloaded. This is not available in the iOS Simulator. |
| PaperVault found no text in a PDF | Scanned PDFs have no text layer; the app runs OCR on them, which takes longer and needs the document to be reasonably legible. |
| ClearDraft says repeated-word detection is off | Apple's part-of-speech model is not present on every device. The app detects this and switches to surface rules rather than guessing; the other six checks still run. |
| DriftSound stops when the screen locks | It should not. Check that Background App Refresh is not restricted for the app, and that no other app has taken over audio. |
| SubKeeper reminders do not arrive | iPhone Settings › Notifications › SubKeeper must be allowed, and Renewal reminders must be on in the app's Settings tab. Reminders fire at the hour you chose there. |
